Client Partner - Manpower Middle East

Our client, a reputable IT company is currently seeking to recruit a Client Partner. You will be directly reporting to the Regional Head



Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Account Managers who manage a portfolio of accounts

• KPIs for the role include revenue, delivered margin, customer satisfaction and BES

• Plan and execute strategy to achieve revenue targets. Support business development activities and develop new opportunities (mining).

• Focus on sale of domain-led solutions, outsourcing/managed services and system integration services

• Engage and manage clients at appropriate levels, including senior technology and business executives within the Organisation

• Negotiate commercial terms of engagement as applicable

• Work with the delivery team to ensure that project risks are minimized and project goals are met.

• Actively govern project deliveries and client engagement by leadership through Steering Committees with senior client stakeholders

• Work closely with the offshore team

• Collaboration within the global account team as needed
