Client Relation Officer

1- Conduct periodic product analysis and optimize as needed.

2- Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.

3- Acknowledging customers promptly and treating then in courteous manner.

4- Finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information to management.

5- Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company.

6- Assist in analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements.

7 -Sales activity planning, including reviewing customer files to identify sales opportunities.

8- Creating, launching, and implementing new products.

9- Develop methodology to test and measure products and applications.

10- Manage future and existing assigned products, set objectives and report on performance.

11-Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers.

12- Define products and programs.
