COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE – Middle East - Veolia Water Solutions and Technologies (OTV S.A.)

Objective:



•The Communications executive is involved in developing marketing & communications campaigns to promote brand, solution and vertical approach in the Middle East.



•The role includes events organization, internal and external communications tools development, online branding campaign





Technical Tasks:



•Representative role: Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations with the agreement and the support of the management team.



•Event organization: Manage the organization and planning in link with the Promotion Plan. Lead and attend the event initiatives such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.



•Trade Marketing: Support Business Development initiatives by organizing events (Lunch & Learn, workshops, emailing). Use the marketing tools to promote and diffuse all the invitations and content initiatives. Work with third parties to promote and sponsor solutions and projects in the Middle East: Chamber of commerce, industry associations, school program projects.



•Material - Publications: Coordinate and initiate the production of marketing materials with suppliers (translation agencies, printers) and design team in link with corporate guidelines. The materials include leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs; regarding the content of this new publication, the Communication Executive will manage the writing and proofreading copy as well as the effective distribution of these materials.

He/her will update existing communications tools to ensure that all new content/initiative is showcased especially on website, corporate brochure and company profiles.



•Internal Communication: The Communication Executive will support the organization of Veolia’s internal seminar, corporate, by industry or department.
