General Manager - Sales - AMCHOR ALLIED FACTORY LTD

Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of a strategic business plan and sales and marketing strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

• Creating a strong market presence and executing profitable product strategies/rollouts

• New business prospecting and development

• Preparing presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions designed to lead and create the Request for Proposal (RFP)

• Review sales leads, and develop action plans to progress each

• Meets or exceeds revenue and gross profit expectations

• Utilizes sales database to ensure pipeline information is current including maintaining a record of all activities inside of each prospective account

• Translating client needs into marketable service enhancements; work with management to design, implement and market new products & services

• Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team.

• Prepares action plans by individuals, as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

• Assists with the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed

• Leads team accountable for creating sales presentations and RFP responses

• Conducts regular coaching and counseling with team members to build motivation and selling skills
