• Performs various office works such as typing, filing, mail preparation and distribution, photocopies, updates of lists related to the logistic activities
• Runs basic logistical procedures
• Respect and applies the logistic filing system
• Helps the logistic officers in their daily task

SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION
Supply Chain & Purchase support 60%
1. PO filing & arhiving
2. Filing & arhiving of shipping files
3. Follow up on suppliers files
4. Follow up on data entry of impex deposits & exits.
5. Filing of the impex invoices.
6. Help the SCA in the coordination of Relief distributions within Jordan (Ecosec, wathab, protection, ...),
7. To prepare the paper work for the exemptions & follow them up with the Foreign Ministry & the impex guys.
Fleet & workshop 40%
1. Perform general secretarial duties independently
2. Produce the necessary for the workshop, on FSS following the request received from the workshop supervisor.
3. Prepare all invoices prior submission for signatures and presentation to Admin Finances
4. Draft and types routine correspondence
5. Follow up with Log supply chain / purchaser orders under process.
6. Translate simple documents
7. Liaise with other departments regarding administrative follow up related to workshop staff. Adm . ie; holiday balance, sick leave, absences, over time, daily worker.
8. Monitor the workshop stationary and replenish when needed.
9. Keep Agenda and various office work
