You will contribute to Starbucks' success by providing direct-line strategic integration planning and operational support. Responsibilities include leading the annual operating plan for a designated business area, managing critical strategic meetings and initiatives across the organisation, and leading program prioritisation and planning.
You will be responsible for:
Leadership - Setting goals for the work or project group, developing organisational capability and a plan to develop it, and modeling how we work together across the brand.
Planning and Execution - Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.
Business Requirements - Providing functional process knowledge, expertise process assessment, development and refinement and shepherds the execution of functional or multiple functional responsibilities in the envelope of an integration.
You should have:
- Demonstrated ability in leading large scale, cross-functional projects with significant financial impact and involving people from multiple levels- Experience in project planning, management and delivery including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk quality, integration and procurement- Experience of working across functional business units to develop effective business solutions that align with company and business unit/department objectives
