A newly created position has become available in a forward thinking real estate broker company. They are looking to hire for a Property Consultant to drive the business in Dubai. The company is online with the development of the real estate in Dubai and is covering all new Dubai areas.
Responsibilities include:
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
• Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
• Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
• Review property listings and attend conventions, seminars and staff association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
• Contact properties owners and advertise services in order to solicit sales listings.
• Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.
• Using advertisements to promote the sale of a property.
• Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer's needs.
