We have a current opportunity for a Sales Assistant / Junior Bid Coordinator to work in our offices in Dubai, UAE. Suitable candidates will be looking to develop their role within a well-established sales environment by providing comprehensive admin support which will consist of: assisting in the production of quality bid documentation in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, maintaining the bud library, reading and assessing requirements for all Tenders and BOQs and ensuring that the Assistant Sales Manager is well supported in her daily activities.
JOB PROFILE
• Assist the Asst. Sales Manager in completing bids and tenders for all business departments
• Assist and/or perform analysis, interpretation and outline of the RFP
• Liaise with client and colleagues to gain further information for bids
• Carry out research, internally and externally as required, to support bid, proposal and
presentation production
• Ensure compliance, comprehensiveness and compelling features
• Maintain and update data such as company experience, number of personnel, disciplines and other subject areas
• Assist and/or oversee the preparation of certain proposal sections, as needed
• Assist and/or oversee the final quality check to ensure consistency, prevent omissions, and identify contradictions and inaccuracies
• Coordinate all production activities
• Coordinate on-time proposal delivery.
• Assist in any other admin related tasks for sales support department
