BASIC FUNCTION:



- Assist Safety, Environment & Fire Department in the refinery in establishing process safety programs, policies and guidelines in consultation with corporate HSE department. Works as process safety focal point for the refinery.



- To ensure that various process safety requirements, programs and procedures are well understood and implemented by the departments.
