We are looking for an Accountant, not very high caliber as we are already dealing with Financial Auditors.
Here are the main Job Functions:
· Prepare Clients invoices after reviewing the contracts and agreements
· Follow up on the payments due by Clients
· Prepare Payments to Vendors
· Control and manage the expenses of the office and staff
· Manage the Petty Cash in the office
· Maintain the financial records of the office.
· Prepare the payroll of staff with all the increments/ raises and deductions
· Coordinate with Administration about Staff Leaves to reflect in Payroll
· Manage Accounting System in Coordination with the Auditors
· Manage the Payroll system in coordination with the Bank
· Prepare the financial documents and supporting documents for Managing Partner and Auditors
· Prepare and maintain all the financial records: Invoice Log, Office Expenses and Revenue
