Branch Manager - Integrated Training

Manage the ITC designated branch operations from all aspects functionally and administratively as well as managing the execution of the different Training Events/Programs in ITC Branch within agreed time, cost, technical and quality standards in order to achieve the strategic objectives of ITC.

• Event Management Process: Execute all required activities related to managing a training project.

• Follow up and ensure that resources are effectively utilized and critical milestones are met.

• Monitor the training Project and coordinate the training events related activities

• Ensure that the training is following the agreed upon standards, and report any deviations.





KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 Continuously review the scope for improvement in branch management processes and programs performance, drawing out lessons learned and recommending changes where necessary, ensuring motivation and a drive for excellence are built in the branch management and programs delivery.

 Direct and control the management of ITC’s Training Events/Programs so the events are completed on time, within the budgeted costs and with acceptable performance.

 Define an optimum organisation structure for the branch so that resources are optimally utilised and communication can take place in an efficient manner to ensure corporate objectives are met.

 Help develop the strategic direction of ITC, provide advice to the Operations Director, Managing Director as well as leading and supporting the members of his team to ensure that Economic Value Added is optimised at both branch operations and ITC as a whole.

 Define and document the branch business plan including products/services, marketing strategy and targets/objectives to translate desired business benefits into clear and achievable branch objectives.

 Contribute with effectiveness in the marketing & sales activities in accordance with ITC’s policies to ensure corporate objectives are met.

 Direct the development and oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of Training Events/Programs activities at the branch level so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

 Ensure compliance to all relevant quality policies, procedures and controls across the branch activities to guarantee employee motivation, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible attitude.

 Ensure the effective achievement of the branch functional objectives through the leadership of the branch operations - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to maximise subordinate and departmental performance.

 Direct the preparation of the Training Events/Programs calendar & budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.



COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal:

 On-going communication within the Operations Department Team.

 Regular communication with other Departments mainly Production, M&S, F&A Departments.

External:

 Regular communication with key accounts and external instructors and market players
