Sales Manager - Integrated Training

JOB PURPOSE:

To assist the Sales & Marketing Director in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives and targets.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 To assist the Marketing & Sales Director in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets

 Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers

 Revising and implementing the sales strategies plans

 Ensure that all customer complaints are accurately recorded on appropriate systems so that the organisation is aware of customer problems and appropriate action can be taken

 Manage the efforts and activities of the sales team in alignment with sales goals and revenue objectives

 Liaise with sales representatives of other departments to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner so that a positive image of ITC is maintained among the company’s domestic customers

 Maintain on-going relationships with key customers and build strong relationships with customers in general to deliver increased customer satisfaction and consequentially ensure repeat business and positive referral for ITC

 Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge

 Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations

 Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down sales.

 To provide accurate and timely business sales forecasts

 Delivering presentations of the company products at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions

 Frequent communication with Marketing & Sales Director

 Frequent communication with Production Department

 Frequent communication with Operations Department

 Frequent communication with F&A Department

External:

 Frequent communication with all customers
