Commercial Lead - Construction project - Abu Dhabi
Quantity Surveying and Variations.
Huxley Associates requires an experienced Commercial Lead to take up a position in Abu Dhabi, working for a Grade A contractor. Prospective candidates must have at at least 10 years worth of post graduate experience in the construction and engineering field. The candidate should be have strong MEP or Mechanical experience working for an A grade contractor, with a strong focus on Variations. Experience working in the GCC region is greatly beneficial, however candidates with high value project experience internationally will be considered.
The main contractor represented by Huxley Associates is regarded as one of the largest and most prestigious in the region. Their high level of standing and competency is reflected in the fact that they are consistently awarded the most prestigious mega projects. These projects often define the construction landscape in the region.
The UAE remains the crown jewel of the GCC and this does not look likely to change in the near future. Renewed investment in Dubai, and the continued development of Abu Dhabi are clear indications that the UAE is once again financially stable and offers a viable location to relocate to.
Successful candidates will have the following:
A minimum of 10 years postgraduate experience on construction projects.
High value construction projects experience.
Quantity Surveying experience on site.
MEP or Mechanical Background.
High level of large variations experience.
Client facing experience
Strong English Language Communications.
