We are looking for a dependable senior oracle ADF developer with the ability to independently design and build applications based on requirements, and to manage and meet deadlines by structuring and directing the effort of other junior developers.
Passion and brilliance are welcome.
Requirements:
• Must have 3+ years of development experience in java .
• At least 2 of those years developing ADF java faces applications.
• Strong analytical skills.
• BPEL/BPM/SOA/ESB skills are a plus, however ADF is a must.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task. Detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, to manage workloads, and to meet deadlines.
Job duties:
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist with defining development work plans.
• Design, develop, & deploy application components.
• Perform technical design and code reviews.
• Communicate development status and escalate issues to management.
• Execute and coordinate processes that ensure quality application development.
• Research development methodologies and make recommendations for team improvement.
