Middle East Jobs: Customer Services Assistant

The staff is responsible for providing a professional level of frontline and backroom service related to the airport operation environment. The individual is expected to add value as a team member of the Duba airport office to ensure that business continuity is sustained.

General duties are as follows:

Operational Assistant to Station Manager in (Check-In and Departure) / Ramp / Catering / Arrival / Passenger Services / Basic Reservations and Ticketing duties as assigned.

General administration duties . Invoice verification work may be required as and when assigned. Head office financial guidelines to be adhered to.

On a rotational basis, each staff will also be assigned specific areas of responsibility in the following specialized areas (based on level of experience and suitability):

- Baggage Lost & Found

- Baggage Performance

- Baggage Claims

- Catering

- Compliments/Complaints

- Commercial supplies

- Crewing and transport matters

- Filing

- Flight operations and engineering matters

- Lounge

- Office stationery

- Office cleanliness/logistics

- Staff welfare/ lunchroom

- System Administration

The above list is just an indication of the type of roles and is non-exhaustive.

 Singapore Airlines, airport and town office colleagues.

 Singapore Airlines, all stations.

 All service partners and vendors.

 STAR alliance partner airlines and other airlines.
