Marcom Specialist

•Assist the Marcom Manager in preparing the Marketing Communications budgets

•Assist the Marcom Manager in monitoring the promotional budget to ensure that activities are being planned and executed inline within the budget

•Managing email campaigns from start to finish, including planning, testing, evaluating and reporting.

•Coordinate with appropriate sales or marketing personals to discuss communication needs

•Review literature in the assigned marketing project, previous marketing materials used in the assignment area, and gathers materials of competitive companies in the field

•Research, write and develop sketches of supporting graphics and consult with printing firm representatives on the needs of the particular project

•Coordinate in writing drafts speeches and presentations

•Coordinate and assist in developing multimedia packages, brochures for particular assignment

•Develop draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials and present to the Marcom Manager for review and approval

•Assist in designing various marketing, communication and promotional materials, including brochures, project profiles, advertisementsand digital advertisement, posters and presentations

•Communicate the marketing concept either graphically or in written format to specific audience and under the supervision of the Marcom Manager

•Assist in copywriting, editing and proofreading all marketing material

•Assist in the maintenance of corporate website and portal (intranet)

•Assist in exhibition, conferences and road shows setup and preparations.

•Keep abreast of any new events / occurrences in the industry (customers/ competitors/ vendors/ government bodies/ etc.)

•Perform other duties as directed by the manager or other superiors
