Security Officer - Dubai World Trade Center L.L.C.

Job Purpose:



To provide high standard of administrative service to the department, while maintaining the company



Key Accountabilities:

• Prepares monthly/weekly security rosters.

• Monitor and supervise in source & outsource security coverage staff.

• Review & check supplier invoices according to our request & their attendance.

• Conducts inspections of various security posts to ensure on-duty Security Attendants are properly performing their assigned tasks.

• Assists in the recommendation, development and implementation and enforcement of Improvements to systems and procedures.

• Responsible to report all incidents to immediate Manager and follow up with active action and close it properly.

• Attend Pre-ops Meeting and brief staff on the event details.

• Carryout hand over briefing to other controllers on shift changes.

• Assist in all staff training.

• Check daily flag hoisting and lowering process/ procedure.

• Keeps up-to-date information regarding access & exits control procedure and act accordingly.

• Be familiar with the organization rules & regulations and assure all staff are updated.

• Implement duties in line with the Quality standards, Security, Health & Safety requirements

• Implement duties as defined in the DWTC Policies & Procedures

• Follow & implement the DWTC Policies & Procedures

• Implement any other duties as assigned by the Department Head

• As duties change, it will be reflected in the job description after discussions are held with the post holder in the yearly performance evaluations.

• Perform any other duty as per job requirement.
