Job Description:



• Sets the operational systems in the store to include processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; setting sales targets, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.

• Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.

• Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.

• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

• Plan and execute a marketing strategy and implementation plan

• Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Analyzes historical new product launches, and reports on vitality rates.

• Analyzes consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.

• Analyzes consumers and competitive information to support setting new product pricing and managing price on existing items.

• Develops pricing & pack strategies, improved margin mix, and sales goals in order to develop actionable KPI’s.

• Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.

• Ensure quality control, the inventory management, and the cost control of the different operations.

• Assist in the systems implementation and in generating operational and performance reports as and when required by management.

• Reviewing the financial performance and the efficiency of store/ brand by reviewing sales reports and other reports generated from the operations and implementing the necessary changes.

• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
