Customer Service Executive - Manpower Middle East

Our client, a reputable packaging company in Dubai is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executivewho will be based in United Arab Emirates, Dubai. The holder of the post will be hired on a local contract to provide effective customer service support and will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.



The main responsibilities will be:

• Provide supply chain expertise.

• Secure and execute order fulfillment process (invoicing & logistics).

• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement on PM and AM supply chain service level.

• Active member of market management team, preparing manual invoices when required

• Approving drafts of shipping documents, preparing and sending documents to bank / customer / CSR,

• Proper update of Document Status Report, Actively participate in monthly team meetings, keeping up with compliance issues,

• Regular communication with CSRs, factories and shipping.
