Patient Experience Analyst (IPCS) - Cognizant Technology Solutions

•An experienced IT/Healthcare professional with min 3 years of experience.

•Assist in implementation of the IT applications in preparation for go live / Support.

•Build knowledge of the Patient Experience Service Management applications to become comfortable identifying and addressing issues as they arise.

•Provide ongoing application support - including problem management, issue management, and delivery of application releases.

•Engage with vendors and team members to ensure our caregivers are able to provide a high quality service to patients

•Principal Skillsets: IPCS

•Secondary Skillsets: Facility Accreditation

•Desired Skills: Prior exposure to IPCS, Readiness Rounds. RL Solutions & RL Solutions, Case is a big plus
