Senior interface engineer - Saudi Railway (SAR)

Report directly to the Civil & Tracks Work Supervisor of the project.

- coordinate with external stakeholders for projects interfaces.

- Prepare Weekly/Monthly interface status report.

- Prepare and develop the projects Interface Plans & registrars.

- Responsible of updating the project Plans & registrars

- Responsible for updating interface schedules and monitor issues of interface deliverables.

- Assign responsibilities to engaged consultants/contractors and ensuring that the required actions are carried out within the defined schedules

- Identify, categorize, schedule and assess impact of project technical interfaces (internal & external)

- Coordinate the internal technical interfaces and designate responsibilities.

- Maintain the interface control; Monitor the status of interface documents, and review of documents for interface considerations.

- Ensure that all third party and engaged consultants/contractor documents are reviewed for interface considerations

- Ensure that the flow of information between the stakeholders and Consultants/Contractors involved in a project (internal/ external) is coordinated, communicated, documented and distributed.

- Liaison with Lead Engineers who are responsible for identifying, monitoring and coordinating the respective discipline interfaces, including liaison with other disciplines or third parties where necessary.
