Develop and manage the execution of the integrated marketing plan, ensuring consistency with brand strategy, brand keys, and brand communication plan.
Drive Innovation towards new frontiers of consumer understanding, and innovation opportunity development.
Manage and coordinate all new launches with R&D to achieve the required launch objectives (formula & packaging).
Monitor performance on key performance indicators, and take corrective action to ensure targets are met.
Manage the advertising, promotion, research agencies, suppliers and PR agencies and packaging/graphic design personnel, driving forward the creative ideas.
Follow up the new product launches and re-launches
Manage all product launch process with all departments and stakeholders to achieve the financial and marketing objectives.
Prepare the forecast and follow up on its sales achievement in line with the brand annual targets.
Manage advertising and promotions budget for the product line
Identify and design full marketing campaigns and effective promotions
Builds sales volumes, shares on established and new product line.
Set sales targets for each product/SKU’s monthly / quarterly
Lead to increase public awareness through advertising campaigns, in store activities and building brand loyalty
Analyze the market trends and changes in consumption behaviors through conducting qualitative and quantitative market research and having weekly visits to the market
Achieve a continuous annual growth in line with brand and category development and market share targets.
