Middle East Jobs: Regional Director - Generic Pharmaceutical

The Cluster head will:

• Provide leadership of all regional operations and sales and marketing activities

• Develops and implements multiyear business and profitable growth strategies for the region to deliver increased market share by managing financial performance; implementing plans for growth;, and competitive strategy; enhancing the company brand; and leveraging relationships with key stakeholders

• Develop annual business plans and monitor through quarterly reviews.

• Support company policies, objectives and goals execution on corporate initiatives as defined by company management

• Review and approve the setting of regional offices budgets

• Review and approve operations major projects involving operations major functional changes.

• Assist in leadership development of key senior directors & managers

• Manages overall financial performance of the region; creating and administering capital and expense budgets; determining trends and areas of opportunity; advising on cost control methods; and resolving budgetary issues.

• Pursues initiatives, investments, and opportunities that fit with and support company strategies.
