Electrical Foreman - Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co.

Roles and Responsibilities

ô Plan and organize workloads and workers assignments based on the job priorities.

ô Identify, verify and report any schedule conflicts with other crews/subcontractors to the site engineer.

ô Direct, assist and provide subordinates with the necessary instructions to perform their work.

ô Check the execution of assigned work for exactness, neatness and conformance to technical requirements.

ô Monitor and evaluate the performance of subordinates and address detected errors in performing assigned duties.

ô Inform the site engineer of any encountered technical problem and participate in finding out the best solution.

ô Review the progress of work and direct changes as necessary.

ô Order additional manpower as required to meet deadlines.

ô Ensure that required tools, materials and equipments are available and inform site engineer of any arising need.

ô Assure that tools and equipments are properly handled and maintained so as to prevent damage, deterioration or loss.

ô Communicate and enforce compliance with safety policies/instructions as well as other applicable regulations.

ô Participate in safety investigations and reviews.

ô Coordinate with timekeeper for monitoring the working time and attendance of workers under his supervision.

ô Maintain harmony among workers and prevent conflicts.

ô Keep track of daily site activities.
