Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordination with Central Control room personnel for day to day plant operation activity and arranging manpower to rectify the faults immediately.

- Review of the log book of previous Shift Foreman and Technicians.

- Responsibility for day to day manpower allocation for shift operation and plant maintenance.

- Inspection of all machineries, observing the problems and development activity in the section/plant.

- Planning for preventive and predictive maintenance with section Engineer.

- Supervision of day to day planned and preventive maintenance as per the instruction of Section Engineer and up keeping the records.

- Arranging the necessary spares from stores for the on going jobs in day and shift operation.

- Updating the General shift and shift log books.

- House keeping in their respective section.

- Enforcing the safety rules and regulation to their sub ordinates for the safety environment.
