Key Account Manager-Tunisia/Morocco - SIG Combibloc Obeikan

• Managing existing Accounts.

• Responsible for the professional service of existing customers including packaging material orders, deliveries, payments, claim handling, innovation proposals and co-ordination of technical support.

• Planning, sourcing and allocation of professional support needed from functional units.

• Implementation of strategy on defined market territory including; research of selected target markets; analyzing existing and potential customers’ products; market positions and future potentials.

• Observe activities of all existing and new players in our customers’ markets and use these observations for input into strategy planning.

• Identify and meet with potential new customers to develop new business opportunities.

• Develop and implement key strategic projects within instructed by Area Manager.

• Support Area Manager with daily activities.
