SABB Clerical Training Programme. (CLT) برنامج التدريب المصرفي - SABB

SABB CLT Programme is aimed to provide an entry level opportunity into the financial services sector for young Saudis. We seek to recruit fresh Saudi graduates (with a Bachelor’s and / Diploma's degree) to develop them in becoming entry level "Banking Assistants" at SABB.



This tailored programme will extend the SABB CLT Trainees an insight into fundamentals of banking knowledge through a combination of hands-on on-the-job training and classroom learning/e-learning activities. This will also enhance the behavioural skills and capabilities of the Trainees in order to groom them.





يهدف برنامج المساعد المصرفي لتوفير الفرصة للشباب السعوديين من خلال التدريب للتأهل إلى قطاع الخدمات المالية ضمن هذا الإطار يسعى البنك لإستقطاب الخريجين السعوديين الجدد من حملة درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم لتأهيلهم للعمل كمساعدين مصرفين لدى ساب. سوف يوفر هذا البرنامج المصمم بشكل خاص للمتدربين بموجب برنامج تدريب المساعد المصرفي رؤية متعمقة في أساسيات العمل المصرفي وذلك من خلال الجمع بين التدريب على رأس العمل والدورات المتخصصة والتدريب عبر الوسائط الإليكترنية ومن شأن ذلك أن يعزز المهارات السلوكية ومقدرات المتدربين وصقلها من أجل تمكينهم من تولي وظائف المساعدين المصرفين بعد استكمال البرنامج بنجاح
