We are a successful luxury retailer based in Dubai, one of the fastest growing consumer markets in the world. Our business is focused on vintage watches, watch accessories and watch services. The management team is young & dynamic with international experience across Germany & the Middle East.
To expand our team we are looking for an eager and entrepreneurial female Shop Assistant from the luxury industry who has an interest in enriching his experience in the luxury retail business. Experience in Marketing and Social Media will be preferred. We are a Concept Store for Vintage Watches, Accessories and Watch Services located in the prestigious DIFC premises.
The daily tasks will mainly consist of
- Work alongside Boutique Manager on a day-to-day basis and
assist when necessary
- Run errands
- Greet clients, call clients
- All kinds of secretarial tasks
- Carry out tasks of a Personal Assistant
- Customer relationship management- Attend to clients, assist
with enquiries, build client relationships
- Ongoing maintenance of the company website and online
marketing channels
- Prepare and upload content for published PR articles, as well as
blog and newsletter
- Monitor progress on marketing channels, and prepare annual
marketing KPIs
- Maintain smooth daily operations of the shop
- Maintain a tidy, attractive store environment
- Provide an excellent Customer Service Experience
