Our Client are looking to hire a Solutions Sales Specialist to be based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia, This is a great opportunity to join a multinational Company in a growing economy.







Title: Solutions Sales Specialist



Department: Financial Markets and Treasury solutions.



Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia



Salary: Competitive.







Job Requirements:



- In-depth knowledge of Treasury and financial markets



- Deep knowledge of the workflow of Buy-side & Sell-side / customers



- First-hand experience of working in or selling to traders, corporations or financial institutions



- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills



- Strong sales background, min 3-5 years is a must







Job Responsibilities:



The Solution Sales will be responsible for:



- Delivering profitable outright, consulting & subscription revenue for selected solutions, products & services.



- Accountable for all stages of an opportunity from lead generation to closely aligning tightly with the overall account strategy owned by the account manager.



- Expert in customer business workflow providing domain expertise relative to solution proposition.



- Work together with the account team to ensure solutions provided enhance customer satisfaction.



- Cross-channel function, building on expert knowledge to target client base, recognize client needs and propose solution.



- Develop senior level customer relationships to become a trusted business advisor







Job Qualification:



The successful candidate will have:



- Ability to understand client's business model, workflows, strategic objectives, pain points, and be able to provide solutions and products that meet expectations.



- Understand the particular market segment or relevant asset class implications and build this into the client offering.



- Specific key strength in understanding Buy-side & Sell-side customers and their workflow.



- Ability to drive the sales stage process to close, through opportunity building.



- Excellent communication, influencing, persuasion, negotiation and team working skills.



- Strong customer-focus mindset and high work ethic.



- Fluency in English. Any additional European or Arabic languages would be a plus.



- Ability to work in a multicultural environment whilst collaborating across boundaries.



- Pro-active, self-motivated and self-starter individual who is eager to learn and has a keen perception.



- Excellent financial market knowledge ideally combined with prior experience and knowledge of the company's products and services.



- Understand client asset class or business segments and have ability to engage at the correct level to influence purchase and usage growth of the company's products and services. Interest in the financial markets, and be aware of events that occur or linkages that will have an effect upon clients' day to day activities or changes to overall strategic objectives.



- Expert knowledge in the Buy-Side & Sell-side financial market segment with good understanding of IT technology.



- Strong consultative selling skills and extensive experience in their market/product specialty.
