Traditional Trade Director - Future Career Generator

Our client an international Telecommunication company with a global reach is seeking a Traditional Trade Director to be based in Riyadh.



Reporting to the General Manager- Distribution.



Responsible for implementing the division’s business strategy and drive the sales growth of the direct distribution business across the Kingdom. You will be responsible for the profitability, monthly revenue, POS loyalty program, market penetration, and market share across all regions. He is also responsible to oversee the design & implementation of sales promotion activities of the company in coordination with the Trade Marketing Manager. This role ensures the smooth integration of all direct distribution function and operations at the geographic level



• Complete and overall responsibility of the Division and its business with P&L accountability.

• Develop and manage the sales and profitability targets of the division.

• Establish sales and profitability targets for different regions.

• Establish budgets and implements cost control measures.

• Establish performance metrics for customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement systems to improve service level efficiency.

• Develop, manage and monitor cost-efficiency standards and processes across the organization.

• Ensures market penetration across all regions.

• Develop and monitor the implementation of business processes in increasing distributor satisfaction and loyalty programs.

• Develop Sales Commission Scheme & Key Performance Indicators for the Sales force.

• Works closely with the marketing department to ensure customer focus and consistency in promotional campaigns.

• Sustain work results by coaching, counseling and disciplining staff members; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

• Provide business intelligence to the top/ senior management
