— To communicate and implements successfully sales policies & procedures among the sales personnel in
given area.
— Adhere to a defined sales process.
— Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance day to day basis.
— Allocating areas and numbers of customers to sales executives.
— Setting targets for each sales executive & monitoring daily orders and supplies.
— Monitoring the timely submission of invoices to customers and collection of due payments.
— Adhere to defined credit process.
— Maintaining and monitoring the all sales process documents.
— Liaising with other line managers.
— Reporting back to senior managers.
— Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling).
— Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects over the phone, via email and in person as
appropriate.
— Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products.
— Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
— Updating customer satisfaction report periodically as agreed.
— To generate daily/monthly agreed reports and submit to RSM.
— Direct responsible of accounts receivables (credit collection) in the specific area.
