- Working as Tele and Field Debt Collector, work include supervising and handling of different level of Collection Pool from Bucket to Recovery.

- Convincing customers to make the required payments in due time

- Undertake field visit activity to personally meet the customer and work towards resolving the delinquent accounts.

- Coordinate with the legal team to take required action against the delinquent and non-cooperative customers.

- Trace skips customers & non-contactable cases via personal references and other tools.
