Core Quality Supervisor - Zain Group

Role Purpose:



To ensure the network quality of Voice and Data services delivered to the customer with high standards.



Key Accountabilities:



Relationship with the Vendors

*

Review new vendor quality and optimization solutions and features.

*

Review network upgrade and optimization requirements.



Internal Departments Request

*

Receiving requirements from other Network departments.

*

Wholesales requirements (International /National/ ISP Careers requirements/ Routing optimization requirements).



Core Optimization/KPIs improvement

*

Analyze daily core/ISP/IPBB network reports and plan activities to address improvement needed in user experience.

*

Coordinate with other departments for resolution of pending network quality issues.

*

Oversee daily Performance monitoring of Core/IPBB Network Entities.

*

Conduct trend analysis to identify degradations and effects of planned changes within the network.

*

Conducting periodic Audit for Core/ISP/IPBB network.



Supervision and reporting

* Plan, supervise and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and couching, taking prompt action where necessary.
