Advises, monitors and guides the offshore and onshore companies drilling activities and operations to ensure that all activities and operations are done in conformity with the client's policy by reviews and endorsing the wells applications for all different types of wells, supervises and monitors the HSE performance of companies drilling to ensure the implementation of the client's corporate and the client's HSE policy and by conducting audit campaigns on the drilling operations, safety and rig equipments.
