A reputable company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Saudi HR Manager who has a proven track record in the following:
Organizational Development
• Maintains the company’s organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions and recommending structure improvements.
• Collaborates with business managers to design and build individual career paths, identify required skill sets for each job position and design and conduct employee evaluations.
• Collaborate with business managers to create succession plans.
• Prepares, updates, and recommends human resource policies and procedures in accordance with management guidelines and goals.
• Fosters a culture of professionalism, collaboration, dynamism and discipline through implementing HR best practices.
Training & People Development
• Assesses employee skills compared to Job required skills and prepares individual gap analysis reports to identify individual training needs.
• Plans and Creates individual training programs to raise employee competencies and encourage promotions from within the company.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
• Develops graduate trainee programs
• Manages the development of courses and curriculum.
• Establish Partnerships with training organizations and experts to improve the quality of training.
Performance Management
• Utilizes and monitors key HR performance metrics, such as achievement rates of performance goals, utilization rates, employee retention and turnover rates, employee engagement and satisfaction rates, revenue per employee, cost per hire, absence rate etc.
• Collaborates with Business Managers to assign and measure Key Performance Indicators designed to help meet strategic business goals and objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Employee Separations
• Builds annual recruiting plans.
• Establishes a screening, testing, interviewing and recruiting program to fill job vacancies.
• Establishes partnerships with universities, technical institutions and Saudi consulates to attract and recruit fresh graduates.
• Conducts and analyzes exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations, and to ensure proper hand over and knowledge transfer is made.
Payroll and Employee benefits
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Maintains employee benefits programs by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
Management and Administration of HR operations
• Prepares an annual budget for the human resources operations.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Government Relations
• Ensures HR compliance with all Saudi Government laws.
• Administers the process of issuing all government related documents.
• Builds, maintains and manages relations with key government officials who can help the company execute and resolve government requirements quickly and efficiently.
Saudi Labor Laws
• Understands government Labor regulations and programs, especially related to Saudization and Nitaqat.
• Builds a strategic plan to improve Saudization levels and increase the number of Saudi employees within the company.
Employee Relations
• Hears and resolves employee grievances and resolves employee disputes
• Investigates policy infringements and violations and disciplines responsible employees accordingly.
