- Cutting and Styling children’s hair while also performing spa duties upon request such as manicures, pedicures etc.

- Give 5 Star quality customer services in the hair salon and spa.

- Organizing RDV, planning and appointments (by phone or direct in store) for the Salon and spa.

- Communication with the team is essential for the coordination of events.

- Able to work under pressure and have patience with children.

- Passion in the beauty domain, able to up sell, link sell and promote all products in salon and products and services in the store.

- Managing any customer complaints or issues.

- Execution of hair cutting, styling, shampooing, rinsing, tinting, waving, straightening, drying and any other relevant functions.

- Execution of manicure activities.

- Keeping children happy and entertained.

- Achieving monthly and annual targets and budgets for salon and spa.

- Attending hairdressing seminars and training in order to keep up to date with new products and techniques available in the market.
