Procurement Manager

The Role

To manage procurement and administrative duties related to capital equipment.





 The Procurement Manager will have the responsibility for all procurement activities in the Projects that includes:

to ensure equipment and materials are supplied to schedule, quality and budget.

 Plan and manage the central procurement activities.

 Selection of suppliers and contractors

 Contract administration of Service & Supply, Purchasing procedure.

 Project purchases & change orders, Purchase order logs for projects.

 Payment issues with suppliers / subcontractors.

 Database for key suppliers and subcontractors.

 Verify documents required by auditors.

 Liaising with Stores.

 Liaise with the Engineering to prepare the procurement schedule, co-ordinate with projects, order material according to specifications, standards, drawings and scope of work
