SPG Filling Operator – Mixture Gases - Linde- SIGAS

— Cylinder pre & post filling inspection ( visual inspection, fixing sticker,tags, shrinking valve seal & capping )

— Cylinder filling as per procedure ( churning cylinders,connecting to manifold ,valve opening /closing, checking temperature, maintaining quantity of product filled by on pressure gauge / weighing balance reading

— Cylinder details entering to full cylinder tags & failed tags on rejected cylinders

— Daily check & inspect weighing balance / filling/ vacuum pumps oil, leaks,pipes,connections,adaptors,valves, gauges if needed change /repair /calibrate thru Filling operator and support maintenance team

— Responsible for overall housekeeping in production premises and environment

— Raw material issuance and arrangement from warehouse plants respectively

— Cylinders preparation & conditioning prior to filling

— Blending, filling of mixtures gases under supervision of Product Engineer

— Maintain the production equipment log sheet / daily equipment & safety checklist / cylinder filling sheet on daily business

— Homogenization of mixture and hand over to QC

— Keep recording of cylinders treated in Furnace / Raw bundle consumption

— Make routine and non-routine short or long business trips as necessary for purposes of making customer visits, participation in regional meetings and performance of tasks as instructed using the company car given and/or his own car, upon approval by his manager

— Undertake all administrative responsibilities required by Management Systems adopted within the company, comply with, and have the personnel under his supervision be in compliance with, the company’s Management Systems Policy as well as the related procedures and instructions; and meet their training requirements in this respect
