يشترط على المتقدم:

• أن يكون حسن السيرة والسلوك.

• أن يكون مستوفياً اشتراطات شغل الوظيفة المحددة كما هو وارد أمام كل وظيفة بالإعلان.

• ألا يكون قد صدر ضده حكم نهائي بالسجن في جناية أو عقوبة في جريمة مخلة بالشرف أو الأمانة ولم يرد له اعتباره من هذا الحكم وفقاً للقواعد والشروط الواردة في قانون الإجراءات الجزائية.

• أن يكون لائقاً طبياً للخدمة.

• الحصول على خطاب معادلة المؤهلات العلمية الصادرة من خارج السلطنة بالمؤهلات الوطنية من دائرة معادلة المؤهلات بوزارة التعليم العالي.

• التأكد من أن المؤهلات العلمية الصادرة من داخل السلطنة معتمدة ومصدقة من المديرية العامة للجامعات والكليات الخاصة بوزارة التعليم العالي.

• التأكد من أن الدورات التدريبية والخبرات العملية المطلوبة ضمن اشتراطات الوظائف معتمدة ومصدّقة من الجهة المختصة بوزارة القوى العاملة.

• على المتقدم للإعلان توفير المستندات المطلوبة لإثبات توافر شروط شغل الوظيفة عند الطلب.

• ألا يزيد عمر المتقدم على (40) سنة.

• أن يتمتع بمهارات الحاسب الآلي.

• أن يتقبل العمل لساعات طويلة وأثناء الإجازات.

• سوف تعطى الأولوية للباحثين عن عمل والمتحدثين باللغة العربية.

• لا يمكن التقدم لشغل أكثر من وظيفة واحدة في هذا الإعلان.

• يعتبر الترشيح والتعيين لاغياً إذا ثبت مخالفة أي من الشروط الواردة في الإعلان.



General Conditions:

• Applicants must be of good conduct and behavior.

• Applicants must not have been sentenced to a jail term for a felony or a crime of moral turpitude and dishonesty unless exonerated in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Criminal Procedures Law.

• Applicants must be medically fit for work.

• Academic qualifications acquired from outside the Sultanate of Oman must be accompanied with a certificate from the Directorate of Qualifications Equivalence of the Ministry of Higher Education.

• Academic qualifications acquired in the Sultanate of Oman must be attested by the Directorate General of Private Universities and Colleges of the Ministry of Higher Education.

• Work experience required for the position must be attested by the concerned authority in the Ministry of Manpower.

• Applicants must present all documents required to verify their fulfillment of the job requirements upon request.

• The applicant's age must not exceed 40 years.

• Ability to use basic IT programs and applications.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

• Preference will be given to job seekers and Arabic speakers.

• Applicants may not apply for more than one position in this advertisement.

• Applicants’ nomination for a position or subsequent appointment shall be considered null and void if violation of any of these conditions is proven.
