Roles and Responsibilities:
1> Heading the entire Manning department for office
2> Supervise and assist sourcing of seafarers for the fleet of vessels
3> Develops human resources, operations, financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
4> Expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
Help the management in formulation of policies for recruitment of seafarers.
6> Ensure adherence of the processes to all quality parameters and preparing the team for the statutory audits.
7> Planning the timely relief of all crew members on board the fleet.
8> Planning strategy for retention of the crew
Desired Candidate Profile
1> Should have min 3 years into manning (Should have handled all ranks)
2> Should be a Master Mariner ( Capt.)
3> Min 8 years into Shipping industry (Sea or Shore)
4> Experienced into Manning of Tanker vessels preferred
5> Good strategic thinking, analytical skills,
