A reputable Billion pounds FMCG company with More than 10,000 employees is seeking to hire: Chief Commercial Officer



Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer



Managing: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Exports



Responsibilities:



• Supervise on planning, managing and following up the execution of all sales operations, distribution, marketing and transferring the product internally and externally to make sure its effective, efficient and cost effective execution.

• Supervise on achieving Sales and marketing targets in accordance with the plan in terms of quantities, types, prices, scheduled dates and marketing activities.

• Coordinate among all his/her subjected departments.

• Supervise putting proper Sales, promotion, marketing policies that guarantee achieving the company targets.

• Prepare the periodically report and supervise on the statistical reports and submit them to the direct manager which include competitors activities, the current changes in markets, the analytical sales and marketing reports and suggestions for business volume development in the company.

• Supervise on performance appraisal and training of Local Sales, Export, Marketing, Fleet, Final Product Warehouse Managers and the supported department.

• Establish a sustainable business relationships with clients.

• Participate in setting pricing policies and incentives for Marketing and Sales and Fleet departments employees and the discount of key accounts.

• Supervise on setting and implement the company marketing and promotion plan and develop it when needed.

• Supervise on marketing surveys execution and analysis them to evaluate the company situation in markets and to increase the products’ market share.

• Develop the situation of the current or under test products in cooperation with Research and Development department.

• Supervise on opening new markets whether internal or external and increase the spreading and sales in.

• Supervise on putting and implementing preventive and periodically maintenance plans and operating plans of Fleet department to guarantee the safety of transferring the products.

• Put and audit Commercial sector budgets and expenses such as sales and distribution, marketing, promotion, transferring, logistics expenses or something like that and make sure its accordance with the plan.

• Supervise on hiring and selection employees in various commercial departments.

• Follow up all new in sales and marketing and fleet field managerial and technical and apply what it is proper with the company.

• Supervise on the smooth of work flow and adherence of the commercial employees with the managerial and technical instructions and know all of them his/ her job nature and using the tools and ways as planned in achieving his/ her objectives and the sector.

• Perform any other tasks as required.
