Competing with the Qatar and KSA construction markets to find the best qualified candidates possible, Progressive Engineering is representing another Infrastructure Contractor looking to fill the vacancy of Commercial Manager to oversee their Abu Dhabi & Dubai operations.
Prospective candidates will need to have at least 15 years worth of post graduate experience with a strong project and corporate level of experience in the Commercial arena.
Our client employs more than 2,000 people and has operated in the UAE market for in excess of 25 years.
Criteria in order to be considered:
* 15 years postgraduate experience from a Western Institution in either Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
* Pre and Post Contract experience
* Worked on major Infrastructure - Roads, Highways orBridges projects
* FIDIC
