As an HR Officer working within Alshaya you will support HR Business Partners and Area HR Managers in the development and delivery of HR services. The role will include elements of HR reporting and the analysis of data, gathering information for HR case work and hands on operational HR activities.
You will have a background and experience gained within a dynamic HR team, ideally with international exposure and a proven ability to cope with the pace of a retail environment. We are looking for a passionate HR professional to provide HR support to the well-known brands within our portfolio whilst also working with HR colleagues to build and improve best practice HR delivery across the function.
