Marketing Manager - 2 GIS Advertising

As the Marketing Manager you shall be responsible for launching our marketing campaign activities for our new product. This will include among others, accounting for the marketing and advertising budget, formulating the marketing strategy, advertising and branding of the product, advising and researching the appropriate PR and advertising mediums to adopt for our product.



Responsibilities:



•Responsible for the entire launching process of our new product from start to end,

• Handles and manages all our social media activities in relation to our product, and advises the best media to use and advertise keeping in mind the budget limits,

• Implements the entire marketing strategy and come up with effective ways of implementation within the set budget,

• Co-ordinates with external bodies, including advertising agencies, PR and/or research firms,

• Monitors market trends and competition activities and proposes counter actions,

• Monitors the financial costs and ensures they are in adherence to the marketing budget,

• Complies and enforces company policies and procedures applicable to marketing,designing, branding and copy writing,

• Create and maintain a calendar of marketing activities, as well as advising the appropriate exhibitions, fairs or exposure mediums we could be involved in to maximize our product in the market,

• Timely and accurate communication of marketing plans, budget and achievements to the directors and management,

• Management of events and working from campaign project plans to execute activities as required.

• Managing, coaching and supporting the marketing and advertising team to meet the desired goals and objectives of the company.



Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in launching a major product, handling the budget, advertising, designing and marketing a product(s),

• University degree, with a marketing major.

• Strong command in English, Arabic or Russian will be a major plus,

• Must be creative,

•Strong leadership and management skills,

• 3-7+ years experience in marketing and advertising,

• Hands-on experience in operational Marketing, (Campaign Execution, Online Marketing, SEM, website maintenance and physical event management),

• Extensive knowledge of the UAE market, marketing planning and budgeting.

• Perfect Project management skills

• Good writing skills (PR, Email content, Newsletters)

• Outgoing, persuasive, success-oriented personality.
