Job Summary:
Represents the agency and interacts directly with clients. It is his/ her duty to establish, maintain and cultivate the company/client relationship for the benefit of both the client and the agency.
Account managers manage the work of advertising account executives and are responsible for client budgets and administration.
Job responsibilities:
o Manage the day-to-day account. Include the servicing of on-going client relationships; including daily correspondence with the clients and communicating all new developments along with product presentations for proposed designs.
o Write creative briefs, production briefs, media briefs and all required reports.
o Manage grass route activations in alignment with management team and set forth objectives.
o Manage artwork, timing plans, cost estimates and invoicing and report back to Account Director.
o Assist in the preparation required Client presentations (AOP, new launches, new concepts...etc).
o Researching the products, markets, and competition on behalf of the clients and the respective briefs to identify the optimal advertising strategies in alignment with direct supervisor.
o Gather and contribute appropriate insights, facts, and data to foster the planning and creative processes.
o Communicating with clients in daily routine, and preparing reports, budget and forecast if required in alignment with Account Director.
o Service the clients and serve as brand ambassador within the Agency ensuring all advertising related requirements are met and executed.
o Managing a portfolio of accounts
o Managing the work of account executives;
o Leading project management activity;
o Maintaining and building relationships with existing clients;
o Completing administrative work, as required.
o Work with clients to establish a budget for their projects once it is agreed to move forward.
