Account Executive - Adpro

Job Role:

Account Executive is the key of maintaining the relationship between the agency and the client and is the liaison between the client and the creative team to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met on every project. Generally handles around three to four non-competing client accounts at a time.



Job Responsibilities:

• acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.

• Meeting with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.

• Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.

• Working with the account manager to brief media & creative.

• Presenting with the account manager, the campaign ideas and budget to the client.

• Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.

• Communicate the client's feedback to the creative department and discuss the next steps in the campaign.

• Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns & Market visits.

• Preparing status & weekly reports.

• Follow up on deadlines, deliverables timeline, adaptations, CD’s.

• Delivering material to client.

• Check the status of each client's job(s) in the creative department and verify the jobs will be complete on time.

• Newspapers Monitoring.

• Follow up on deliverables (ATL & BTL) and preparing CD’s for production.

• Branding visits (shop branding, booths…, etc.

• Liaise closely with clients throughout campaigns, often on an every-day basis.

• Manage administrative and campaign work ensuring that this is all completed on time and on budget.

• Plans, coordinates, and directs advertising campaign for clients of advertising agency.

• Confers with client to determine advertising requirements and budgetary limitations.
