As a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, the candidate must be able to research and understand all aspects of civil engineering works and know where to find the experts when necessary.
High level presentation and reporting ability is a must, with a proven track record of chairing meetings with high-end clients being imperative. Proof of the above will be required.
Ambition is a prerequisite, but only when you put the company first.
Specific skills in Infrastructure Design (roads and utilities), knowledge of geology and / or hydrology is a plus.
Innovative thinking is a key element in your approach to engineering.
Business development skills are also required, and success is rewarded.
