Job Description:



We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to support the rapid growth of our business across the Middle East region. This person will work directly with our CEO as we plan to hire aggressively over the next six months.



Our businesses are active across the region, with current focus on Jordan, KSA and the UAE. The role is based in Tecom, Dubai.



The primary responsibilities include:



• Given how fast we are growing, the first priority will be recruiting

• Source and screen candidates to build a top-tier team for all of our businesses across the region

• Set up an applicant tracking system

• Manage the work authorization process for all employees throughout the region

• Set up of HR department

• Implementation of HR policy and procedures



Desired Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:



• Strong experience recruiting for many roles at a high-growth company

• Experience recruiting in the Middle East region

• Capable of building a human resources department from scratch, including managing work authorization, payroll, and other key functions

• Excellent communication skills

• Highly motivated & results-driven; willing to work long hours to drive business growth
