As a part of the Cakes and Crumbs Team, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction by:
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining product displays At Loblaw, it’s about our respect for the environment, sourcing products with integrity and making a positive difference in the community.
• Strictly adhere to and comply with food safety laws and practices.
• Display cakes, pastries, bread, donuts and other bakery products on the shelves, counters and bins.
• Meet customers and visitors to the bakery in a pleasing manner.
• Ensure that customers' needs and requirements are served and met.
• Ensure that fresh stocks of bakery products are displayed always.
• Recreate the ambience of warmth for the customers in a bakery set up.
• Coordinate functions of chefs, bakers and bakery product selling staff.
• Replenish finished bakery products with fresh stocks on the shelves.
• Check and inspect and remove outdated and stale products from off the shelves and counters.
• Integrate quality customer service issues in bakery clerical functions.
• You must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
