Basic Function:
supervises and coordinates activities of agents and providing call center customer support services
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Monitors productivity of customer service agents and generates reports.
2. Reviews data to monitor the customer needs
3. Monitors service calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy and conformity to company policies
4. Provides communication and follow up to ensure agents are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions
5. Prepares composite reports from individual reports by agents.
6. Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.
7. Improves quality results by recommending changes.
8. Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
9. Other duties as assigned.
